THE BIRTH OF SHINE BRIGHT INTERVIEW

Once upon a time, I worked as a sourcing associate and discovered the struggles of finding suitable candidates for job vacancies. I noticed that when I posted positions with numerous requirements, there was little interest. However, when I advertised entry-level roles, fresh graduates flooded my inbox with their resumes.

Unfortunately, many of these eager candidates didn't make it to the interview stage. They were labeled as NO Experience, NO Relevant Skills, or were simply too far away or didn't show up. Witnessing their potential and the challenges they faced, I decided to take action as the first person to cater my services specifically targeting fresh graduates. Nowadays, numerous digital jobs are emerging, and while many platforms offer short courses online, no one has considered focusing on helping or teaching fresh graduates about the challenges they will face after their studies and how to navigate the job search process effectively.

With my experience as an HR Services Asst. to External Sourcing Associate combining my passion for teaching as a License Professional Teacher, and with my skills in being a General Virtual Asst., I founded Shine Bright Interview.

My training as a Virtual Assistant has contributed a lot to the birth of SBI. Inspired by my coaches, I discovered my own niche, which is coaching. I decided to offer a free coaching on how to craft a winning resume, interview preparation, and valuable insights into the job market. SBI is a platform aims to coach and empower fresh graduates in their job hunting journey.

I am not an expert but I believe with my passion and eagerness to help and share all my knowledge and experience, As a self-proclaim coach, I will deliver my best work closely with individuals to identify their strengths, refine their resumes, and develop effective interview strategies. Through mock interviews and personalized feedback, I will help candidates build confidence and present themselves in the best possible light.

As a person, I understand the overwhelming nature of job hunting for fresh graduates. I’ve been there. That's why as a coach, I will provide valuable insights into the job market, staying updated on industry trends, employer expectations, and emerging opportunities. By sharing this knowledge, Me at Shine Bright Interview will empower job seekers to make informed decisions and tailor their job search strategies accordingly.
